Environment Agency — Abu Dhabi Launches Strategic Environmental Assessment Programme to Promote Sustainable Development

 



The Environment Agency — Abu Dhabi (EAD) has launched a new programme to support sustainable development in the region. The Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) Programme aims to promote environmental sustainability by assessing the potential impacts of development projects before they are implemented.

The SEA Programme is designed to support the UAE’s Vision 2021 and the National Agenda of the UAE, which includes the goals of promoting sustainable development and preserving the environment for future generations.
