Dubai Doctors Save Man’s Hand in Incredible 10-Hour Surgery

A team of multidisciplinary doctors at a private hospital in Dubai have successfully reattached the near-total amputated hand of an expat worker in a complex 10-hour-long emergency surgery.

The patient, a 35-year-old construction worker from Myanmar, was rushed to the hospital after his hand was caught in a machine at his workplace. The hand was severely damaged and almost completely amputated.

The doctors, led by plastic surgeons Dr. Ali and Dr. Verma, worked tirelessly for over 10 hours to reattach the hand. They used microsurgery techniques to reconnect the blood vessels, nerves, and muscles.

The surgery was a success, and the patient is now recovering in the hospital. He is expected to make a full recovery and regain full use of his hand.

The doctors have said that the surgery was a challenging one, but they were confident that they could save the patient’s hand. They praised the patient’s resilience and determination, which helped him to get through the surgery.

The case highlights the importance of having access to quality medical care. If the patient had not been brought to the hospital immediately, his hand would have been amputated. The doctors’ skill and expertise were essential in saving his hand.

The patient is grateful to the doctors for saving his hand. He said that he is looking forward to returning to work and providing for his family. He also thanked the hospital for providing him with the best possible care.

This case is a reminder that even in the most challenging of circumstances, there is always hope. With the help of skilled doctors and access to quality medical care, anything is possible.
